Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a Resource Nursing Assistant to support patient care across Navicent, Baldwin, Peach and Rehab facilities. You will assist RNs with daily patient needs, document vitals in EMR, and help with admissions, transfers and discharges under supervision.

The role requires CNA credentials with BLS, and a GED or high school diploma. Expect 36 hours per week in a full-time capacity with standard hospital benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Team members will maintain annual educational requirements for hospital based certifications.

Responsabilités

• Assists RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and ambulation.
• Measures and documents vital signs and daily weights in EMR.
• Performs rounding and communicates patient/family needs to RN.
• Participates in admission/transfer/discharge processes with RN supervision.
• Collects specimens and performs point-of-care testing as indicated.
• Maintains stock and cleans equipment in nursing area.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort, including call light within reach.
