The position supports patient orientation, rounds for comfort, and daily operations while adhering to infection control policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• 1 year of administrative/clerical experience in a customer service setting.
• Substitution with an associate or bachelor degree may meet experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients and families to unit locations and amenities.
• Perform data entry of patient demographics and updates in the medical records system.
• Answer, screen, and route telephone inquiries; assist with meetings and scheduling.
• Provide high level customer service to patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Maintain files, photocopy and scan documents; support infection control practices.
