Zusammenfassung

Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist for the day shift. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the health care team to optimize recovery.

Responsibilities include patient education, discharge planning, documentation, and supervision of staff interns. Licensure in Michigan and acute care experience are preferred to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan
• Inpatient acute care hospital experience preferred

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients' physical and functional status including strength, motor function, and gait.
• Administer and document therapy assessments, ROM, and other evaluation techniques.
• Set short and long-term goals; formulate and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide therapy such as exercise, gait training, functional training, modalities and devices.
• Delegate treatments and supervise appropriate staff and interns.
• Communicate progress to physicians and care team; adjust plans as needed.
• Assist in discharge planning and home program instruction.
• Maintain documentation and billing records; ensure patient confidentiality.
