Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital in Ypsilanti, MI is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist for flexible scheduling with weekend and holiday rotation. The role includes evaluation and treatment of medically disabled patients, education for patients and families, and collaboration with the health care team.

Required education includes graduation from an accredited PT program and Michigan licensure; 1–2 years inpatient acute care experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate from accredited school of Physical Therapy and licensure as Physical Therapist in Michigan.
• 1-2 years inpatient acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients' physical and functional status including strength and gait.
• Conduct sensory tests, manual muscle tests, ROM assessments.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term therapy goals and plans.
• Administer modalities and therapeutic exercises per plan.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to adjust treatment.
