Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans.
• Communicate patient progress with the team and families.
• Document therapy sessions accurately for billing and records.
• Adjust treatment plans under PT guidance.
• Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Support discharge planning with the PT.
