The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and rotating 8-hour shifts from 6am to 11pm, with every-other weekend staffing. The ideal candidate has Virginia tech licensing and Epic/Omnicell experience, with prior pharmacy exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician license required in the state of practice.
• Certification as CPhT preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Fill and deliver medications under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Ensure adequate supplies for continuous patient care.
• Triages and escalates questions outside the technician scope.
• Operate pharmacy equipment and information systems.
• Maintain quality assurance per department and legal requirements.
