Qualifications

• Inpatient pharmacy experience required or strongly preferred.
• IV compounding experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in collecting patient information and maintaining records.
• Prepare medication orders and perform compounding as required.
• Verify tasks with pharmacists and ensure proper supervision.
