Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless orientation of new pharmacy staff and develop staff including preceptors and apprentices.
• Develop and implement strategic workforce learning and development services.
• Evaluate staff competency in coordination with pharmacy leadership.
• Act as a resource for automated dispensing systems and provide training to pharmacy staff.
