Job summary

Foundation Health Partners seeks a Pharmacy Technician Educator for its Inpatient Pharmacy to teach, mentor, and shape the next generation of technicians. You will work under the supervision of the pharmacist and lead training across multiple areas to ensure competency and high standards of patient care.

You will develop curricula, facilitate learning, evaluate staff competency, and support workforce development within the hospital.

Qualifications

• Alaska Pharmacy Technician License is required.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver education programs to adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver training for pharmacy technicians and apprentices.
• Facilitate and lead pharmacy technician education initiatives.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and leadership to shape curriculum.
