Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a closely related field.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inpatient pharmacy operations and compliance with standards.
• Supervises and mentors staff; fosters development.
• Collaborates with physicians and nurses on care plans and medication management.
• Maintains quality control and safety in medication use.
