Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee the inpatient pharmacy’s daily operations, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient pharmaceutical care while leading a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

The role collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to promote optimal medication use and patient outcomes. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, develop policies, and drive quality, compliance, and staff development.

• Supervises and mentors pharmacy staff, fostering development and teamwork.
