Job summary

Regions Hospital is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop inpatient pharmacy services across the hospital. You will partner with Clinical Pharmacy, Medication Safety, nursing leadership, and other departments to ensure high-quality, compliant pharmacy operations for inpatients.

The role emphasizes policy development, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership to achieve optimal patient outcomes while managing departmental goals and budgets within HealthPartners system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• 5-8 years of health-system pharmacy experience.
• Licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages inpatient pharmacy services across the hospital.
• Ensures compliance with legal, accreditation, and certification requirements.
• Leads policy development and operational management for the department.
• Collaborates with nursing leadership, Clinical Pharmacy, and other hospital staff.
