Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• 0–1 year hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepares, verifies, and dispenses medications per prescriptions and hospital protocols.
• Review medication orders, assess regimens, and suggest therapy optimizations.
• Counsel patients and families on proper use, side effects, and adherence.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to resolve medication-related issues.
• Participate in medication safety initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Maintain documentation of interventions and patient consultations in the EHR.
