Job summary

Amery Hospital & Clinic is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to provide established pharmaceutical services within the inpatient pharmacy. The role supports a 1.0 FTE schedule (40 hours/week) and may accommodate a 0.5 FTE (20 hours/week) for the right candidate.

Work hours are Monday through Friday daytime with weekend and holiday rotations. A BS Pharmacy degree with Wisconsin licensure is required, and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide established pharmaceutical services in the inpatient pharmacy.
• Support a 1.0 FTE schedule (40 hours/week) with potential for 0.5 FTE (20 hours/week) for suitable candidates.
• Work Monday through Friday daytime hours with weekend and holiday rotation.
