Qualifications

• Licensed to practice pharmacy in Wisconsin within 90 days required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days required.
• Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) within 180 days required.

Responsibilities

20% FTE. Day/Evening Shifts, varying shifts available. 8 hour shifts. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
