CompHealth in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Inpatient Staff Pharmacist for a weekday day-shift role in a community hospital. This position offers a supportive team, with a focus on clinical pharmacy services and patient care.

You will work in a clinically focused environment providing antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetic and renal dosing, and medication reconciliation, along with patient education and formulary management. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is included.

Description

A respected nonprofit community hospital in Central Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Inpatient Staff Pharmacist to join its collaborative pharmacy team. This Monday-Friday day shift position offers an excellent work-life balance with only every fourth weekend and holiday rotation. You\'ll practice in a clinically focused environment, providing antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetic and renal dosing, medication reconciliation, patient education, and formulary management. The hospital also supports surrounding rural communities through remote pharmacy services and innovative medication adherence programs. Qualified candidates should have a BS Pharmacy or PharmD (PharmD preferred) and be eligible for Wisconsin pharmacist licensure. At least one year of hospital pharmacy experience is preferred, although new PharmD candidates with extensive inpatient rotations or hospital internship experience during their program will also be considered.
