Job summary

Omega Healthcare seeks three Facility IP Coders with a deep passion for Oncology Coding to support a single Comprehensive Cancer Facility. This full-time role is 40 hours per week with hours 6am–6pm EST, Monday through Friday, and a cadence focused on accurate cancer charges.

Candidates should demonstrate experience with NCI Guidelines, SEER training, and Vizient mortality mode, and possess CCS certification. Athena, Altera Sunrise and Mosaic systems familiarity is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience coding complex cancer cases per NCI guidelines.
• Must have CCS certification.
• Proficiency with oncology-related CPT/ICD coding and hospital reimbursement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Code IP facility cancer-related charges for a single Comprehensive Cancer Facility.
• Maintain documentation and achieve 95% accuracy.
• Meet productivity target of 1.25 CPH.
• Adhere to 6am–6pm EST, Monday–Friday schedule.

Omega Healthcare is looking to bring on 3 Facility IP Coders who have a deep passion for Oncology Coding. You will be dedicated to coding for 1 Comprehensive Cancer Facility. Details

• Full Time Only 40hrs per w
• Hours M-F between 6am-6pm EST ( discussed further during interview)
• Productivity: 1.25CPH
• Accuracy 95%
• 95%

• Systems: Experience with Athena Required ( other systems are Altera Sunrise, Mosaic)
• Pay: $42hr (open to discussion based on experience)
• Need experience coding complex medical and surgical charges for cancer cases. Must have a thorough understanding of NCI Guidelines, SEERS training, and Vizient mortality mode
• Laptop Provided ( unless you wish to use your own equipment)
• IP Facility Coding for Hospital Reimbursement
