Job summary

Omega Healthcare is seeking three Facility IP Coders dedicated to Oncology coding for a single Comprehensive Cancer Facility. Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site, with hours Monday–Friday between 6am–6pm EST (discussed in interview).

Pay is $42 per hour with discussion based on experience; benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, 401K, CEU opportunities, and life insurance. Requires CCS and experience with cancer coding and NCI/SEER guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience coding complex medical and surgical charges for cancer cases.
• Thorough understanding of NCI Guidelines, SEER training, and Vizient mortality model.

Responsibilities

• IP Facility Coding for Hospital Reimbursement.
• Code oncology for a Comprehensive Cancer Facility with focus on accuracy and productivity (1.25 CPH, 95% accuracy).

• Full Time Only 40hrs per w
• Hours M-F between 6am-6pm EST ( discussed further during interview)
• Productivity: 1.25CPH
• Accuracy 95%

• Systems: Experience with Athena Required ( other systems are Altera Sunrise, Mosaic)
• Pay: $42hr (open to discussion based on experience)
• Need experience coding complex medical and surgical charges for cancer cases. Must have a thorough understanding of NCI Guidelines, SEERS training, and Vizient mortality mode
• Laptop Provided ( unless you wish to use your own equipment)
