Job summary

Omega Healthcare seeks 3 Facility IP Coders dedicated to oncology, coding for a single comprehensive cancer facility. Positions are full-time, Mon-Fri, 6am-6pm EST with 40 hours weekly. Must handle complex cancer charges with strict adherence to NCI guidelines and SEER training.

CCS certification and Athena experience are required; Altera Sunrise and Mosaic familiarity is a plus. Competitive hourly pay of $42, with benefits including health, vision, dental, PTO, 401K with matching, and

Qualifications

• Experience coding complex medical and surgical cancer charges.
• Thorough understanding of NCI Guidelines and SEER training.
• CCS certification is required.
• Experience with Athena; other systems include Altera Sunrise and Mosaic.

Responsibilities

• Code IP Facility for hospital reimbursement.
• Meet productivity target of 1.25 CPH and 95% accuracy.
• Work within Oncology coding for a comprehensive cancer facility.

Omega Healthcare is looking to bring on 3 Facility IP Coders who have a deep passion for Oncology Coding. You will be dedicated to coding for 1 Comprehensive Cancer Facility. Details

• Full Time Only 40hrs per w
• Hours M-F between 6am-6pm EST ( discussed further during interview)
• Productivity: 1.25CPH
• Accuracy 95%
• 95%
• CCS Required
• Systems: Experience with Athena Required ( other systems are Altera Sunrise, Mosaic)
• Pay: $42hr (open to discussion based on experience)
• Need experience coding complex medical and surgical charges for cancer cases. Must have a thorough understanding of NCI Guidelines, SEERS training, and Vizient mortality mode
• Laptop Provided ( unless you wish to use your own equipment)
• IP Facility Coding for Hospital Reimbursement
