Job summary

Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in Oncology to lead post-graduate education for the pharmacy team and deliver specialized patient care within the Cancer Institute for both children and adults.

The role emphasizes collaboration with prescribers, mentorship of staff, and ensuring care aligns with ASHP guidelines. PGY-1/PGY-2 oncology training and Maryland licensure are required or eligible. Board certification in oncology is preferred.

Qualifications

• PharmD, MScPhm or PharmB required.
• PGY-1 + PGY-2 residency in Oncology preferred or equivalent direct patient care experience.
• Maryland Pharmacist license or eligible to obtain Maryland license; board certification in oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, implements and administers the post-graduate education training program for pharmacy.
• Provides high level direct patient care in oncology to ensure optimal outcomes in line with ASHP standards.
