Ideal candidates have a Pharm.D. with Maryland licensure and oncology experience, capable of providing expert drug therapy recommendations and participating in interdisciplinary rounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) is required.
• MD Pharmacist license is required in the state of Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and dispensing of medications, perform medication order verification and computer entry in the pharmacy information system
• Provide clinical consultation to physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals on drug selection, dosing, and interactions
• Identify, recommend, resolve, and prevent medication-related problems through direct interventions with prescribers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required
• Current Registered Pharmacist licensure in the State of Maryland required
• experience in Oncology pharmacy preferred
