Qualifications
- Pharm.D. or B.Pharm degree required.
- Current Maryland pharmacist license required.
- Inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience preferred; new grads with strong rotations welcome.
Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation and dispensing of medications, verify orders, and enter data into the pharmacy information system.
- Provide clinical consultation to physicians and nurses on drug selection, dosing, and interactions.
- Identify and resolve medication-related problems through direct interventions with prescribers.
