Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) is required.
• MD Pharmacist license is required in the state of Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and dispensing of medications, verify orders in the pharmacy system.
• Provide clinical consultation on drug selection, dosing, and interactions.
• Identify and resolve medication-related problems through direct interventions with prescribers.
