Job summary

Jobtome is seeking an experienced RN to lead nursing staff on the Night shift in Albuquerque, NM. The role requires clinical leadership, staffing assignments, and ensuring quality patient care across age groups, from neonate to geriatric.

You will supervise nursing and technician staff, promote a positive work environment, and ensure adherence to hospital policies. The ideal candidate holds a Program Graduate credential with nursing licensure and has 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Program Graduate – required credential for RN path.
• Bachelor's Degree as a nonessential credential.
• Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate is essential.
• Nursing as a field/discipline credential.

Responsibilities

• STRATEGIC INITIATIVE – participate in quality improvement and monitoring.
• SHARED GOVERNANCE – support UNMH governance model.
• INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT – assign nursing personnel to patients.
• DELEGATION – supervise and assign duties per plan of care.
• PATIENT CARE – deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients.
