Job summary

Jobtome is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to join our inpatient/geriatric team in New Mexico. You will provide professional nursing care in a mental health setting, design care plans, and ensure adherence to hospital policies. The role covers pediatric to geriatric patients and includes night shifts with differential pay.

Requirements include NM RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to work with diverse populations. Sign-on and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in NM or per reciprocal agreement.
• CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification.
• Experience in psychiatric/mental health settings preferred.
• Bilingual abilities helpful (English plus other languages).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for psychiatric patients across age groups.
• Develop and implement care plans and monitor treatment progress.
• Administer medications and coordinate with physicians and staff.
• Educate patients and families about treatment regimens and safety.
• Document observations, uphold safety and infection control standards.
• Participate in orientation, precepting, and quality improvement activities.
