Ideal candidates hold a BSN (or ADN with commitment to BSN in 3 years), IL RN license, and BLS. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly wage of $34.50–$55.20.

Qualifications

• BSN required or ADN with commitment to obtain a BSN within three years.
• Illinois Registered Professional Nurse licensure currently active.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data, sets outcomes, and coordinates care.
• Directs care and utilizes assistants appropriately.
• Collaborates with patient, family, physicians, and staff.
• Participates in governance, committees, and unit projects.
• Documents patient responses and evaluates care plans.
• Uses evidence-based practice to guide care decisions.

Education

BSN or ADN with commitment to BSN within 3 years of first day of employment

Current IL RN license
