Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in inpatient setting per plan of care
• Assist with examinations and procedures as needed
• Observe, document and report patient status promptly
• Contribute to patient plan of care with data
• Educate patients and families and assist in rehabilitation
• Document interventions and responses in health records
• Administer medications as directed (IM, SC, IV, oral, nebulizer/MDI)
