Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care per patient care plan and per guidance of the RN or physician.
• Per forms designated therapeutic procedures as assigned and monitors patient responses.
• Accurately observes, records and reports patient concerns and progress to the care team.
• Assists physicians and supervising staff with examinations and procedures as needed.
• Contributes to nursing assessment by collecting, reporting and recording data.
