Qualifications

• LPN license in the state where services are provided.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per patient care plan.
• Consult with RN or Respiratory Therapist as needed.
• Perform designated therapeutic procedures.
• Document observations and progress.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Contribute to patient assessment and plan of care.
• Monitor patient status and report deviations.
• Educate patients and families per teaching plan.
• Administer IM, subcutaneous, IV, oral, nebulized or MDI medications as assigned.
