Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the state or multi-state eNLC license.
• Obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire date.
• State criminal background check and Federal background check if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care per the patient’s plan of care and under supervision of the physician or supervising nurse.
• Performs designated nursing procedures and therapeutic interventions as needed.
• Observes, documents, and reports patient condition and responses to care.
• Assists physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Contributes to patient care plan by providing data and prioritizing needs.
• Educates patients and families about care plans and rehabilitation as directed.
