Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Experience providing outpatient nursing care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Administer IM, subcutaneous, and oral medications as ordered.
• Screen patients and record vital signs.
• Assist Providers and RNs during examinations and procedures.
• Document patient information and communicate data to physicians.
• Support scheduling and escort patients as needed.
