Job summary

Suncoast Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate Hospice Care Center Registered Nurse to join our Pinellas County team for a night shift (8p-8a), with every other weekend. Inpatient hospice care focuses on comfort, dignity, and support for patients and families.

As the RN, you will identify patient and family needs, coordinate care, manage symptoms, and provide education. You will supervise LPNs and aides, participate in care planning, and float where needed to meet

Qualifications

• Valid Florida RN license.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; hospice or terminally ill care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient/family needs and coordinate care.
• Manage symptoms and provide education alongside support for patients and families.
• Oversee LPNs and aides in the GIP environment; float to meet business needs.
