Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
• Evidence of current competence to practice as an APRN or PA with credentialing.
• Active licenses and certifications as required by state and position profile.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, triage, and therapeutic management as part of an interdis- ciplinary team in inpatient, ambulatory or outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and supervise/visit teams; provide autonomous team-based care when appropriate.
• Obtain medical histories, perform exams, review tests, and formulate treatment plans.
• Document patient information accurately and in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and professional development initiatives.
