Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or an accredited Physician Assistant Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, triage, and therapeutic management of patient/family needs across inpatient, ambulatory, or outpatient settings as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Obtain medical histories, perform examinations, review tests, formulate and manage treatment plans, and document within regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with supervising physicians and other team members to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
