Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Clinical working experience in NP/PA role preferred.
• APRNs, PAs, CRNAs, CNMs must be appointed to the Affiliated Medical Staff and have appropriate licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, triage, and therapeutic management as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and resources.
• Maintain documentation per hospital and regulatory requirements.
• Support quality management and safety initiatives.
• Serve as clinical resource and mentor to staff and trainees.
