Job summary
Westerly Hospital, part of Yale New Haven Health System, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide assessment, triage, and therapeutic management of patient needs within inpatient or ambulatory settings.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
- Experience as NP/PA within the specialty/service line preferred.
- Current licensure as NP or PA; state-specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, triage, and therapeutic management of patient/family needs within inpatient/ambulatory settings.
- Work in collaboration with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Document care in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure patient safety and quality of care with adherence to clinical pathways.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to research/quality improvement.
