Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Float Pool at Aurora Medical Center Grafton, WI. This full-time role offers a 0.9 FTE schedule with a 36-hour week and night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, along with flexible self-scheduling and weekend coverage.

The position provides competitive pay ($38.20–$57.30 per hour) and comprehensive benefits. As part of our inpatient float team, you will work across multiple units to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• One to two years of med/surg nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
