Job summary

Advocate Health’s Aurora Psychiatric Hospital in Wisconsin seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Internal Behavioral Health Float division. You’ll provide and coordinate patient care across adult and child/adolescent units, delivering safe, therapeutic care using the nursing process.

This full-time float role covers 32 hours per week with a Monday-Thursday 7:00–15:30 schedule, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to a compassionate, innovative care team.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Telemetry and ACLS certifications within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
