Advocate Health's Aurora Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Nurses and MAs Float Pool at 30020 AMG Highway 50 in Wisconsin. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7am and 5pm, covering Women’s Health, MFM, Urogyne, Urology, Men’s Health, and General & Plastic Surgery.

A float premium is provided. The RN will coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process, applying evidence-based practice to ensure safety

Qualificações

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care aligning with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead with evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.
