Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking an RN for the Inpatient Float Pool at Aurora Medical Center - Grafton. You will provide compassionate, safe patient care across med/surg units, progressive care, observation, and ED/ICU with cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• One to two years of med/surg nursing experience strongly preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
