Job summary

Aurora Medical Center Manitowoc County in Two Rivers, WI is hiring a Registered Nurse – Inpatient Float for full‑time night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) with weekend and holiday rotation. This role floats across Med/Surg, Stepdown, Same Day Surgery, and supports the Emergency Department.

As an RN, you will provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process, uphold safety and quality standards, and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• RN license issued by the state where practice occurs.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers is required.
• ACLS and PALS must be obtained within orientation period.

Responsibilities

• As an RN, provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Float between departments: Med/Surg, Stepdown, Same Day Surgery, and assist in ED.
• Uphold safety, evidence-based practice, and improve patient experience across the continuum.
