136 Aurora Medical Center Grafton LLC is seeking an experienced RN for the Inpatient Float Pool in Grafton, WI. This full-time role spans multiple units, offering exposure to med/surg, progressive care, and other specialty areas while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

You will join a supportive team, with base compensation and differentials for float and weekend coverage, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.
• One to two years of med/surg nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Deliver care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Apply evidence-based practice and sound clinical decision making to improve patient outcomes.
• Communicate compassionately with patients and families to enhance the overall experience across the care continuum.
