Qualifications

• Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN.
• One year of acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and nursing needs, set goals, and provide actions including discharge planning.
• Assess, intervene, and reassess pain promptly using appropriate tools.
• Educate patients about medications and report pertinent information to the care team.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Maintain nursing standards and follow hospital policies and unit procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high patient satisfaction.
