Job summary

Northwestern Memorial Hospital is seeking an RN - Inpatient Float to provide coverage across the organization. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, coordination of nursing plans, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The RN will participate in ongoing professional development, mentorship, and adherence to ethical standards while supporting unit operations and patient advocacy. Weekend/holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include NLN accredited nursing program and a BSN or higher.
• Licensure required: IL RN license and active nursing practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in a clinical area and specialty certification if eligible.

Responsibilities
