LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care within a hospital setting, addressing medical, psychosocial, cultural, and family needs. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure effective treatments.

The role requires rotating day/night shifts, weekends and holidays, with staffing across multiple hospital locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialty training program (required).
• Highly preferred: at least two years of inpatient float or travel nursing experience.
• Ability to work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays, and float between multiple hospital locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests.
• Evaluate and adjust nursing interventions based on patient responses.

Evaluate and adjust nursing interventions based on patient responses. Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs. Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions. Engage actively in quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to team goals.
