• Verify and calculate patient liabilities including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance.
• Collect inpatient, observation, and outpatient balances during stay and post-discharge.
• Perform face-to-face reviews with patients to determine liability and payment options.
• Complete registration tasks and assist with related eligibility and follow-up.
• Proactively follow up on missed collections and document all accounts daily.
