Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Services CAP1 to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care, collaborating with RNs, LVN/LPNs and patient care technicians under supervision.

As part of the kidney disease healthcare team, you’ll participate in teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities, travel between facilities as needed, and complete CAP

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current state RN licensure
• CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 9 months RN experience (12 months preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Document in medical records and coordinate with the care team.
• Educate patients and families; participate in staff training and teaching.
• Support on-call duties and travel between facilities as needed.
