Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with nephrology nursing focus and CAP progression
• 9+ months experience as RN; dialysis experience preferred
• Graduate of nursing program with active state license; CPR/BLS certified

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients
• Document data collection and updates to treatment plan
• Educate patients and families on care needs and learning requirements
• Coordinate with dialysis team and contracted facilities for continuity of care
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses
• Participate in staff training and coverage as needed
