Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level Registered Nurse Inpatient Services RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, assess, plan, intervene and evaluate, and may delegate tasks to RNs, LVNs/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.

As part of the kidney disease care team, you will participate in teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities, with on-call rotation, travel to facilities

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs all essential functions under the direction of the Supervisor and Educator or collaborating RN.
• Collects and analyzes patient data pre–during–post treatment and documents in the medical record.
• Plans and adjusts treatment, notifies appropriate team members as needed.
