Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse (Inpatient Services CAP 1) to join its Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned patient group, under supervision.

You will collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians, participate in decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 9 months RN experience; 6 months acute dialysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data pre, during, post treatment and adjust care plan.
• Coordinate communication with care team for continuity of patient care.
• Provide initial and ongoing patient and family education.
• Direct and provide safe, effective patient care as prescribed.
• Participate in staff training and onboarding as assigned.
